DESCRIPTION:Das Schlüsselkonzept für die Bereitstellung von Daten innerhalb und durch den DMA beruht auf der Anforderung\, Metadateninformationen zu den tatsächlichen Daten hinzuzufügen. Um diese Anforderung zu erfüllen\, wurde ein dedizierter DMA-Metadatenstandard (DCAT-DMA) eingerichtet. Infolgedessen besteht jeder im DMA-Ökosystem zur Verfügung gestellte Datensatz aus Metadaten und Datenelementen\, die vollständig miteinander verbunden sind. \nUm ein Datenprovider innerhalb von DMA zu werden\, muss man sicherstellen\, dass sein Datensatz aus diesen beiden Elementen (Metadaten und Daten) besteht. Letztendlich besteht das Ziel darin\, die Metadateninformationen des Datensatzes in einem zentralen DMA-Datenkatalog zu veröffentlichen. Basierend auf dem bereitgestellten Lizenzmodell der Daten müssen andere möglicherweise einen Smart-Vertrag abschließen\, um endgültig Zugriff auf die Daten zu erhalten\, oder nicht. The United Nations describes good governance as characterized by participation\, consensus\, accountability\, transparency\, responsiveness\, effectiveness and efficiency\, equitability\, inclusion and following the rule of law. It is responsive to (present and future) needs of society. This conference focuses three dimensions of good governance: participation through political communication in the digital sphere\, transparency and stakeholder inclusion. Während in den letzten Jahren die großen Axiome dominiert haben – Projektkultur\, Kommunikation und Sprache\, Abstraktion\, Applikation\, Transparenz\, Kooperation\, Netzwerke und Communities – liegt diesmal der Fokus auf den wesentlichen Fragen des Jahres 2018. \nMit dem Inkrafttreten der Datenschutz Grundverordnung und der vorgesehenen Annahme der E-Privacy-Verordnung wird Datenschutz in der EU auf neue Grundlagen gestellt. Die Implementierung wirft noch viele Fragen auf und bedarf gemeinschaftliche Lösungen und Praxis\, insbes. zu Privacy by Design\, Datenschutz und soziale Netzwerke\, Data Retention\, Recht auf Vergessen werden\, etc. \nDie vielen hilfreichen IT-Anwendungen im Recht – als Legal Tech bezeichnet – bringen den technischen Teil der Rechtsinformatik wieder in den Blickpunkt. In den letzten 30 Jahren ist in der AI & Recht sehr viel passiert\, aber weitgehend von der juristischen Praxis unberücksichtigt gelassen worden.
