The German counterpart to the DMA, the Industrial Data Space (IDS) presented it’s status quo those days at Hannover Fair. One of the highlights was the public publication of a document about the Reference Architecture of the IDS. At a press conference Prof Dr. Boris Otto, Head of Research Project and Deputy Chairman on the Board of Industrial Data Space presented Reference Architecture Model together with a report on the status of the project and insights in use cases.
The IDS Reference Architecture Model get’s its importance for DMA due to the fact that the future intensive collaboration is based on the standards and approaches developed by our German friends.
